CHILLI BEANS CASE STUDY
Chilli Beans is the biggest sunglasses brand in South America, with over 1,200 stores across 17 countries. They have recently opened their first store in Australia in Perth at Westfield Carousel. Chilli Beans has reinvented the sunglasses category through unique design and innovation with weekly releases of sunglasses and prescription frames to developing the ECO collection with recycled ocean material.
Objective
Chilli Beans launched its first store in Australia in Perth. To get the word out Perthonalities invited 10 influencers with a higher perth % audience to a Picnic. The idea was instead of doing an in-store activation we would invite influencers to a picnic outside in Kings Park where they would have gone in store to choose a pair of sunglasses. Influencers were gifted sunglasses to then be able to create authentic content being outside in the sun instead of indoor.
